Planestry Team presents: Our Top Five Holiday Movies

The holidays are here, and the Planestry team are hard at work in the office!!

Err…actually we’re drinking egg nog and debating our favorite festive films.

Check out our selections below and let us know if you agree with our fine taste in holiday cinema. =)

5. National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation

“An outlandish comedy that is also totally relatable and timeless. We can all relate to the madness and mayhem that is the holiday season.  Chevy Chase is the man.”

– Wally Kramme, Vendor Relations

4. Home Alone

“Used to be obsessed with Macauley Culkin, and the antics between Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern are hilarious to this day.  A nostalgic classic!”

– Jennifer Toscano, Social Media Manager

3. Frosty The Snowman

“What, a grown man can’t watch cartoons!?”

– Flynn O’ Shaughnessy, Marketing Lead

2. Elf

“Love Zooey Deschenal.  Love Will Ferrell even more.  This movie is the perfect mix of comedy and warm feels.  I laughed, I cried, I ate spaghetti for breakfast.”

– Vincent Toscano, Sales Director

“Easily the most quotable holiday film.  I just like to smile; smiling’s my favorite.”

– Adam Solow, Vendor Relations

1. Die Hard

“There are two types of people is this world.  Those who think Die Hard is a Christmas movie, and those who are wrong.”

– Chris Pomponio, Founder & CEO

    Christmas Vacation #5? Erroneous….

Lol, this is a good list. But if you are going to include an animated movie it has to be the original Grinch with the narration by Boris Karloff… or a Charlie Brown Christmas!!!

Also you need at least 1 classic… like a white Christmas or something!!!!
